As a reminder, for Disease Levels V-VIII, the physician providing the diagnosis must be board-certified or the pathology report confirming an asbestos-related disease must be prepared at or on the behalf of a hospital accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
