Yes, you may submit the claim and request the claim to be placed on deferral; or
You may choose to have the claim reviewed with the disputed physician and await the review decisions.
In both cases, a medical report from a physician who is not disputed will need to be provided before the claim can be approved.
Can I wait to submit a claim pending a new medical report by an acceptable physician?
