Detail Text: The most recent Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) scores that were provided do not qualify or are unacceptable due to poor effort or reproducibility. In order to fully substantiate your claim for Severe Asbestosis (Disease Level IV) or Asbestos/Pleural Disease (Disease Level III), please submit qualifying Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) report, including at least FVC and FEV1/FVC ratio and/or TLC that meet the criteria established in the TDP.
